🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping (3–6 business days)
  Delivered via USPS or UPS Ground. Free for orders over $75.

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping at checkout. Additional charges apply.

• Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
  Available for urgent orders placed before 12 PM EST, Monday–Friday.

📦 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping Only

• Currently, Pohanu only ships within the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

• We do not ship to U.S. territories or international addresses at this time.

🧾 Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can track your order status at any time via the "Track My Order" section on our website.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional fees may apply.
